Know what’s done at a glance.

Colour-code rows as Called, Emailed or Done. Pick your own names, icons and colours, then hide everything you’ve finished so only the work that’s left is on screen.

Spot every change between two files.

Open two versions of a spreadsheet and Copycell highlights exactly what changed, down to the letter. See them layered together or side by side.

Formulas

Formulas that work like Excel.

Add up, count and look up values with over 100 familiar formulas, including SUM, COUNTIF and VLOOKUP. Results update as you type.

Renamer

Rename files straight from your list.

Open a folder next to your data. Copy a name, pick a file, press Return and it’s renamed. Do a whole batch at once, add numbering, and undo anything.
